Island Regatta July 2, 2005
This year's Island Regatta commemorated both the 60th anniversary of VE Day and the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Trafalgar. In honour of such momentous days in our nation's history, we were privileged to enjoy some of the most spectacular rowing this side of Henley!
Many congratulations to these fine crews who competed so gallantly for the coveted Island Regatta Prize.
Honorable mention goes to the spirited Bodiam Concert Band team whose craft sank in the opening moments of the race ...
